Bridging the Gap Between Merch and Fashion

“While some prefer to keep things traditional, many want to close the gap between retail fashion and workwear, creating pieces their teams are proud to wear both in and out of work. That’s where we add real value. With design and production in-house, we’re constantly testing new placements, techniques, and finishes that reflect what’s happening on the high street, rather than relying on the same tired templates.” - Katherine Clayton, Creative Manager

FAQs

How much more do your next-level customisations cost?

The cost of next-level customisations—such as 3D puff effects, woven patches, or metallic finishes—varies depending on the complexity of your design and the quantity of your order. Because these processes often require specialist materials and additional production time, there is a small premium compared to standard printing or flat embroidery. For an accurate quote, simply share your design with us, and we’ll provide a clear, transparent breakdown of the costs.

Can I apply multiple customisations to one garment?

Combining processes is one of the best ways to create a truly unique piece of clothing. You might choose a 3D puff print for your main logo and a sophisticated woven patch on the sleeve, or perhaps embroidery over a printed base for added texture. Our creative team can advise you on which combinations work best together to ensure your garment remains durable and looks fantastic.

Why apply a 3D puff effect to personalised clothes?

3D puff (available in both embroidery and print) adds physical depth and a premium "high-street" feel to your designs. It’s a popular choice for streetwear brands, sports teams, and headwear because it makes the branding literally stand out from the fabric. It’s an eye-catching way to highlight a specific element of your logo and gives the garment a tactile, high-quality finish that standard flat customisation can’t match.

What is the difference between an embroidered patch and a woven patch?

The main difference lies in the level of detail and the texture:

  • Embroidered Patches: Use thicker threads stitched onto a backing fabric, resulting in a traditional, textured, and slightly raised look. They are perfect for classic designs with bold lines.
  • Woven Patches: Use much thinner threads that are woven together (rather than stitched onto a base). This allows for much higher levels of detail, cleaner gradients, and a flatter, smoother finish. If your logo has very small text or intricate details, a woven patch is usually the best option.
