Embroidery over print is a unique technique that combines two creative processes: screen printing and embroidery. This method involves printing a design directly onto the fabric and then adding embroidered elements on top to create texture, depth, and visual interest.
Embroidery Over Print (also called mixed media decoration) is when we first screen print or digitally print your design, then apply embroidery on top to highlight logos, icons, or text. This hybrid technique is ideal for streetwear brands, limited edition merch, or anyone looking for a bold, high-end finish. vibrant printed designs enhanced with raised, stitched embroidery

Enhancing logos with added texture and dimension
It’s a hybrid garment decoration technique where we print your design first, then embroider certain elements, like your logo or lettering, over the top. It creates a layered, dimensional effect that’s both eye-catching and premium.
You get the detail and colour depth of print with the texture and professionalism of embroidery. It’s perfect for making key elements stand out, like brand names or symbols.
We recommend hoodies, sweatshirts, heavyweight tees, and jackets—basically anything with enough structure to support the embroidery.
Ideally, you’ll send us layered vector files, or we can help you split and prep the design. But don’t worry if you don't know where to start with this - our creative support team is here to guide you.
