Our embroidered hats are made possible thanks to our brilliant team of designers who, once the artwork is submitted, get busy ‘digitising’ your design, recreating it stitch by stitch. Once digitised, your design makes its way to our production team, who get to work setting up our embroidery machines, which can produce 8 identical custom hats at the same time, meaning this process isn’t as time-consuming as it sounds.
