Once everything’s approved, your store goes live! We’ll host and manage it on our website, integrated with seamless payment processing and automated fulfilment. All you need to do is share the link and we’ll take care of orders from personalising to shipping directly to your customers.

Can you help with designs for personalised clothes?

Every store tier includes digital mock-ups to ensure your branding looks perfect. Our creative team can help with artwork preparation, and for our higher-tier stores (Pro and Elite), you’ll have a dedicated account manager to provide seasonal inspiration and guidance on the best-looking garment and customisation combinations.

Does personalised merch have VAT?

Generally, adult-sized clothing and personalisation services are subject to the standard UK VAT rate. However, most children's clothing (up to age 13) is zero-rated. For registered charities, certain promotional items may also qualify for VAT relief. We recommend checking with our team during setup, and we can ensure your store's pricing reflects the correct VAT status for your specific organisation.
