Premium Quality 3D Embroidery

3D embroidery, is an advanced stitching technique that adds depth and dimension to designs. By using foam or other materials underneath the stitching, the embroidery is raised above the fabric’s surface, creating a bold and eye-catching effect. This method is perfect for adding texture and visual interest to custom apparel, hats, and accessories.

Our raised embroidery technique delivers stunning, high-definition designs that add depth and texture to caps, jackets, hoodies, and more. Whether you're branding uniforms or creating standout fashion pieces, our custom 3D embroidered logos make a lasting impression.

FAQs

What is 3D embroidery and how is it different from regular embroidery?

3D embroidery, also known as raised embroidery, uses a special foam under the stitching to create a three-dimensional effect. Unlike flat embroidery, it gives your logo or design a bold, puffy look that pops off the fabric.

What types of garments are best for 3D embroidery?

We recommend 3D embroidery on structured garments like caps, hoodies, jackets, and thicker fabrics. These materials support the raised stitching and keep the design sharp and durable.

Can I use 3D embroidery on a t-shirt?

Technically yes, but we don’t recommend it for thinner fabrics as the foam may distort or cause puckering. For tees, a flat embroidery or puff print might be a better fit.

How should I supply my logo or artwork?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or SVG) or high quality PNG's but if you only have a low-resolution image, we offer a Redraw Artwork Service to convert it into the right format for embroidery.

How long does it take to produce custom 3D embroidered garments?

Once we've received payment, typical turnaround is 7–10 working days.We do offer fast track service if you are in a rush!
