Our Pre-Payment Proofs Service gives you a chance to review and approve your artwork layout before placing an order. It’s the perfect for first-time customers, new designs, or anyone who wants full confidence in the final result.
This small step ensures everything looks exactly how you imagined, from print size and placement to colours and finish.
This is charged at £25.00 + vat (£30 inc. vat) but is then credited in full if the order is later placed at a value of £250 or above (ex.VAT).
It’s a digital preview of your artwork on the garment you’ve selected, showing the approximate print/embroidery size and placement. You receive a pre payment proof before placing and paying for your actual order.
Yes! If something doesn’t look right, you can request small changes before giving final approval.
As standard a design proof will be supplied once an order has been placed & paid for but prior to production. This ensures the designs are positioned & sized as required, with any amendments required to the design made ahead of production.
But if you want to see a mock up of your order before you place and pay for the order a pre payment proof is a good option.
Yes! If you place an order at a value of £250 on the back of the pre payment proof, the cost of the pre payment proof is refunded.
