Setting up a school shop with Banana Moon is simple and completely free. Once you’ve chosen your garments and designs (such as for Year 6 Leavers or a school trip), we build a custom-branded online store for you. You simply share the link with parents and students, and they buy directly from us. This removes the hassle of chasing payments and managing size lists for teachers and PTAs.

We are experts in high-quality embroidery and printing. Our in-house creative team can digitise your school crest to ensure it looks sharp and professional on everything from polo shirts to backpacks. We even hold a Ministry of Defence licence for intricate logo replication, so you can trust the detail of our work.

We cater to schools of all sizes. While many of our school items have no minimum order, bulk discounts are available for larger groups. If you are using our Free School Shop service, we typically collate all individual orders and ship them in one bulk delivery to the school to keep costs low for parents.

Sustainability is a core value at Banana Moon as we are a proud B-Corp Certified company. Our schools collection includes garments made from organic cotton and recycled polyester. We also use recycled threads in our embroidery process and offer a dedicated recycling scheme for old branded clothing to help schools reduce their environmental impact. 

Standard lead times are usually around 7-10 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. For School Shops, we typically set an "ordering window" (e.g., two weeks). Once that window closes, all garments are produced and shipped in bulk, usually arriving within 10-14 days of the closing date.

We understand that finding the right fit is essential for school children. You can purchase plain samples of any garment in our schools collection to check sizing and fabric quality before committing to a full customised order. Simply get in touch with our team to arrange this.

Our schoolwear is selected for its durability and "playground-proof" quality. We stock leading brands like Fruit of the Loom, AWDis, and Gildan, which are designed to withstand frequent washing and the rigours of the school day.

For SEN students, a school uniform should be comfortable and movable to adapt to different students’ needs. Choose comfortable, sensory-friendly fabrics like jersey and cotton, and opt for tagless labels and flat seams to minimise distraction and discomfort.

At Banana Moon, we can even customise special education schoolwear with our sensory personalisations, including heavyweight fabric for nervous system regulation and soothing tactile embroidery.
