How to Set Up an Online Order Fulfilment Store
Setting up your fulfilment store begins with sending an enquiry via the form on our fulfilment store page. Here, you’ll provide your brand logos, brand colours (if applicable), the types of products you’d like to stock (e.g., hoodies, beanies), and finally your personalisation vision.
From there, we’ll create your product visuals. These will then be sent to you for approval - and there’s no need to worry if they aren’t right the first time. We don’t have a cap on feedback, and we’re happy to make any revisions you like.
After that, we’ll turn your approved design into an online product and store with your brand logo and colours. We’ll also add any content or banners you'd like upon request.
Can I Make a Profit When I Use a Fulfilment Service?
We understand that you may want to generate a certain amount of profit from your personalised clothing sales, whether that’s to fundraise for charity or to feed back into the running costs of your business.
Because of this, we’re flexible in allowing you to add your desired margin to the costs of the pieces in your fulfilment store.

What Post Setup Support is Available for My Merch Fulfilment Store?
With a Banana Moon fulfilment store, you’ll receive a monthly update on sales and profit with a list of items sold. On top of this, if you’ve opted to have a dedicated account manager for your online store fulfilment, you’ll have access to them at any time and be able to schedule regular check-ins.

Meanwhile, university societies may wish to make ordering available at a dedicated time each semester, and sports teams may wish to open their uniform ordering window in the month prior to their sport’s season.

How do Order Windows Work with Fulfilment?
If you opt for ordering windows rather than permanent availability, we will collect orders during your window, then bulk-produce and export your custom clothes once the window has closed. Depending on the take-up of orders, this can mean we can pass on efficiency savings to you as we are producing in bulk rather than one-offs at any time
