Our expert team will digitise your logo into an embroidered logo for free, but before we can create your garments we need to get things set up. We'll aslo explain the proofing process to ensure you are confident we'll produce garments to your personal specification.
Our expert design team set up your artwork so it’s perfect for print and embroidery. This is a free service we offer all of our customers. But how is this done?
Print - we vectorise your designs and resize them so we can produce the highest quality prints
Embroidery – we digitise over your design and add virtual stitches to plot out the logo for the embroidery machines
For large embroideries our unit price covers a design up to 30,000 stitches which is pretty huge for an embroidered logo and would take around 40 minutes to run on our machines. We can’t tell the full stitch count until it gets to our expert term of designers, so in some rare cases we may be in touch after your order is placed to let you know if there would be an additional cost for really large artwork. Alternatively, we’re happy to work with you to either simplify or produce a different artwork so the stitch count can be reduced.
Before we proceed with production, our Creative Team will be providing you with a proof sheet for your review and approval.
This step is crucial to ensuring that your orders meet your expectations. While we strive for perfection, human errors can occur. Therefore, carefully reviewing the proof sheet is essential to catch any discrepancies or mistakes.
