We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan.
Our merchandise is produced individually and with care for each order. We therefore encourage customers to check size guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
Photographic evidence may be requested.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, additional postage charges may apply.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, we may be able to help.
Before returning anything, please contact us and complete the returns form provided. This helps us track your item and resolve your request as quickly as possible.
Returns for non-fault reasons (such as size or colour selection) must be sent back at the customer’s own cost.
