Here at Banana Moon, we have a seamless system for personalising uniforms, merch, and more, all at the click of a few buttons. And to make it even simpler and more accessible, we've created this guide to take you through each step in the process.
Our online customisation option is designed to be a swift, simple process. If you know which product you want, it’s simple to go through the process there and then, allowing you to get everything done in a single session. Then, you can choose a speed of turnaround that suits you. You can also make your order at any time, day or night, rather than waiting for our team’s availability.
Our offline ordering system is a far more staggered process, often involving multiple emails. On top of this, you’ll need to make your payment separately.
However, the email ordering option is still an excellent option if you have a complex design or wish to use one of our next-level speciality customisations. Contacting us is also advised if you aren’t sure what kind of design or logo you’d like to create, as our creative support team is always on hand to help. However, if you already have your logo ready, the vast majority of designs are fully accommodated by our online ordering system.
At the same time, we completely understand that some customers prefer us to guide them through things, and we are happy to do so. You can also use a hybrid method. Simply try our online ordering process and, if you feel confused at any point, contact us, and we’ll clear things up for you.

Once you’ve picked out your personalisable pieces (and decided on either print or embroidery as your personalisation style), here’s how you add your design and place your order.
Once we have your design specifications, we’ll send you a proof of how your product (or products) will look for your approval. You can then give any feedback or tweaks to the design. We don’t move forward with the order unless we have full sign-off on the visual, as we want you to be completely happy.
