Instead of a traditional apprenticeship we now offer an induction program that is designed to individual learning needs, skillsets, roles and career path.
Each individual brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, so the learning path is crafted to the strengths and development areas of our team members.
Our training program is designed to align with the demands of the roles within our organisation, to prepare the individual for the challenges and responsibilities they will encounter in their specific positions.
Each team members benefit from support and guidance from our experienced team. This ensures a smooth transition into the role and fosters a culture of continuous learning.
As part of our unique induction process, the new team member gets a chance to spend some time in each department of our business. This hands-on experience offers a 360° understanding of our operations, fostering collaboration and a more rounded perspective of the role each team member plays and how each department contributes to the overall success of our business.
Futhermore, this gives the new team members the chance to build connections across teams, creating a supportive network from the start of their journey with us.
We find that welcome packs are a fun onboarding tool that helps unify the team, improve employee engagement and keep everyone feeling part of your workplace community. A part of our induction is to kit our new team member out with branded clothing, water bottles and merch to make them feel part of the pack!
