With our new site, you have the freedom to chose what you see. At the top of the screen you should see a VAT on/off toggle button. Use this to turn VAT on or off, as you require.
We ask that you pay as soon as you are happy with your basket. We won’t process your order until payment has been received. The sooner you pay, the sooner we can get your garments into production.
You can pay quickly and easily online with a credit/debit card or via PayPal.
Or if you prefer, select pay by cheque. Our team will send you an invoice and you can choose to pay with a bacs transfer, by our secure link or with a cheque. Address cheques to Banana Moon Workshop Ltd
You can get a full refund for plain garments that are returned to us within 28 days. We will only offer refunds if the garments have not been worn and are in perfect condition. You will receive a refund for the garment price and the shipping cost. But you will have to pay to mail it back to us.
We do not offer refunds for personalised items, unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
